Dr Evangelos Michalopoulos

Evangelos Michalopoulos is a Greek-licensed psychologist with an MSc in Applied Psychology: Clinical Psychology and Counselling from the University of Derby and postgraduate training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

He completed further structured clinical training at BipolarLab in Athens, with a particular focus on mood and anxiety disorders and the assessment and treatment of bipolar spectrum conditions. His clinical experience has included structured clinical interviews, psychological assessment, symptom monitoring, psychoeducation, behavioural activation, and supervised CBT-based interventions.

He has also worked within a UK healthcare setting, supporting patients with a range of psychological and behavioural needs. His work is informed by evidence-based psychological approaches, with particular interests in mood disorders, anxiety, behaviour change, psychological assessment, and psychoeducation. He also contributes psychological and behaviour-change perspectives within OneWayOut, supporting work around financial behaviour, decision-making, and personal change.
